"This agent had our policies with the incorrect coverages and we couldn’t believe how messed up they were. When we spoke to Dave, he had no idea why and didn’t investigate further. His attitude was not acceptable for being long-time customers. This agent is very uncaring and should retire! If your office “hates” getting bad reviews then do something about it and act like you care. It’s the “oh-well” attitude and the no response to your clients questions that is quite annoying. We are still waiting for answers and keep getting the run around. You should also do complete and thorough reviews of your current clientele’s accounts so this doesn’t happen to others. We are grateful we never had a major issue. Step up Mr. Biggs, step up!"

"I had full coverage insurance on my car from the time I bought it. My premiums had never changed other than occasional increases. I went to add another vehicle to my policy and the lady I spoke with pointed out that I did not have full coverage. No one there could tell me when or why it was taken off. I had been driving for sometime without coverage and didn’t know it. My premiums never went down for the reduced coverage. When I went to add it back they increased my premiums by 50-75%. No one would ever give me any answers, just the runaround. There is no way I could ever trust this agency again."

"Beware... We have been with state farm for 14 years. We had water damage on th i side of our house due to our roof. Which was not covered by insurance. Following the advise of david biggs. We got our roof replaced and then waited for a claim to fall off to file. They pay for the claim and then 5 months latter we are told we are non renewable. Due to a claim that we were told was going to drop off of our history. Also last time we met with david he came off as cocky and wanted to tell us about his house. Not listen to our concerns."
